Abstract
quotThis thesis was conducted with the objective of identifying the determinant factors for the
newlineIncredible development of tourism marketing products in Hawzen Woreda, Tigray state,
newlineEthiopia For achieving the objective of the study, both primary and secondary data were
newlinegenerated by employing qualitative and quantitative methods. Purposive and simple
newlinerandom sampling techniques were used to select 3 tourism sites and 250 sample
newlinerespondents were participated in the study. The quantitative data was analyzed using
newlinefrequencies and percentages when appropriate while qualitative data was used to
newlinetriangulate and authenticate the study. The role of marketing tourism products of the
newlinestudy area which has a power to develop tourism industry was studied. On the other
newlinehand, the study also identified several factors, which suggest the need for improvement
newlineand strong effort. Such as, lack of safety to visitors, shortage of infrastructural
newlinedevelopment, lack of community awareness toward tourism, shortage of ensuring tourismquot
