Abstract

1. The present study explored the various sex-role orientations of the managers newlineof both biological genders. The various sex-role orientations are sex-typed newline(male-masculine and female feminine); cross sex-typed (male feminine and newlinefemale- masculine) and androgyny. newline2. This study explored if androgyny was in any way linked with age, in the newlinecontext of changing social roles of men and women. newline3.
