Abstract
Climate Change has been a part of greater problem of environmental degradation on the
newlineglobe. The attempts of global community with respect to climate change are being made
newlinepolitically, socially and legally. The research has made a genuine attempt to show that the
newlinepresent crisis of Climate Change and Global warming is a very dangerous one. An analysis
newlineof the same shows that it is an alarming situation, the climate time bomb is ticking ready
newlineto explode anytime. No number of efforts is sufficient to face this giant problem. GHG
