The engineering fraternity faces the formidable challenge to cope with the exponential newlinerise of energy demand simultaneously with the depleting reserves of fuel and newlineenvironmental issues. The stable development in power deregulation, alternative newlinedistributed generation (DG) systems have enchanting interest in power system. There newlineare mainly two renewable energy sources which are the most promising renewable newlineenergy technologies-wind and photovoltaic (PV) power generation. Diesel generation newlinesystem also shows very great potential in wind and solar energy to DG application when newlinesolar and wind are not available. In future, with fast development in technology it is also newlinegoing to be important in view of numerous merits, for instance high productivity, very newlinelow outpouring (of pollutant gases) and tensile modular structure, they have. The most newlineimportant aspect of examination is integrating renewable energy into the power system newlinegrid. The integration of energy resources in the power system grid with renewable newlineenergy technologies related to the current scenario and the issues with regard to the newlineglobal climatic change has become most critical. newlineThe distributed generation is an integral part of current centralized generation in current newlinescenario, connected with utility grids which provide a great opportunity to remove newlineseveral problems related with the power quality, energy security, and energy efficiency, newlinewith the demerit of infrastructures of depreciating power system. The requirement for newlineincreased sources of flexibility to manage the inherent variability in the wind and solar newlinegeneration to maintain system reliability is augmently visible. The existing power grid newlineinfrastructure must be advance to meet out the electrical power demand and quality of newlineservice as well as reduced level of pollution; it will permit interconnection with the newlinedistributed generation system. There are several technical issues being faced while newlineintegrating the distribution-generation to the power grid system, especially the system newlinestability, like voltage at
