Abstract
The study explores mental health factors among Kashmiri migrants aged30-70 years in Jammu, Kashmir, and Outside JandK, using various scales. Findings highlight positive associations of social support with quality of life, forgiveness and hope; and negative associations of social support with depression, anxiety, stress. Females were found to be higher on depression as compared to males. There is a need to apply holistic interventions and concurrently address multi-dimensional well-being. Age-specific treatments and support should be considered because of the differences in how different age groups perceive the world.
