dc.description.abstract	Random soil sampling was done based on GPS in each Land use of Kanpur Nagar to evaluate the fertility newlinestatus and Microbial effect of different cropping season. Soil physico-chemical, characteristics and newlinemicrobial activities and their correlation adopted by farmers of Kalyanpur and Chaubepur block of newlineKanpur Nagar, U.P. were examined during 2021 to 2022. 504 representative soil samples from 3 depths newlineof different land use of Kanpur Nagar have been collected and analysed. newline
