Mobile technology advances and the demands of different technologies and customers for streamlined services contribute to the discovery of cross-networking across infrastructure or infrastructure that is less mobile. Effective message routing with no awareness of participating MANET nodes and use of resources in heterogeneous cell networks through tracking network radio conditions is a challenge. In the several current opportunistic correspondence situations, the QoS clause of guaranteed protection was not thoroughly considered. In addition, the decision to make optimum usage in the heterogeneous network world is not dependent on energy and bandwidth depending on traffic groups. The proposed study focuses therefore on the high level of internet connectivity between mobile devices in sporadic networks for the omni presentation of information. The distribution of the message depends greatly on the effective and opportunity-oriented routing centered on the trust, mobility and energy level (TME index) parameters of participating MANET node. Various models of vertical handover decisions to eliminate handover errors, to prevent ping-pong effects and to mitigate the energy use of heterogeneous networks are often proposed. newlineImplementation of various Vertical Handover (VHD) systems which fulfill user expectations and thus reduce handover failures, excessive handover failures and disruptions of connections in heterogeneous mobile networks. Different VHD schematics are implemented and tested, including RSS dependent VHO, Energy efficient VHO, VHO based on service background and Multi-attribute based VHO. The effective vertical handling schemes suggested were contrasted with various scenarios in the heterogeneous setting. In addition, RSS prediction-based VHO imitates transmission well in advance, taking into account channel conditions and thereby improving seamless communication. If the energy of the node is poor, the VHO transfer from WiMAX network to WiFi network is switched to service background. In addition, the preferen
