Abstract
It is a well-known fact that the economy of any country grows with the passes of
newlinetime, as the economy grows, the activities of state also increase. The needs of
newlinesociety are unlimited, but limited resources are available to the government to
newlinefulfill these needs. It is a difficult task for the government to set those priorities
newlinewhich have to be undertaken and leave.
