Abstract
The present study work is based on data collected from annual reports and Personal- interviews from various accounts personnel of the company by the candidate. This work has some important policy implications for the authorities concerned to improve their profitability and act as a shield against in pending danger of sickness and also as vital components of therapeutic mix to be prescribed for rejuvenation of the already sick unit.
