The objective of this research is to determine and analyse the factors affecting customer experience in the in-store (brick) lifestyle retail. The research on the topic will support and
newlineenrich existing theory in organized retail and extend the prior research done in this field of study and provide valuable inputs for understanding customer experience in lifestyle retail. Thus this research will navigate the factors of customer experience in lifestyle retail and the
newlineresultant loyalty and satisfaction outcomes. Once these have been explored, the research aims at synthesizing a lifestyle-retail-specific model of customer experience that provides an
