The objective of this research is to determine and analyse the factors affecting customer experience in the in-store (brick) lifestyle retail. The research on the topic will support and newlineenrich existing theory in organized retail and extend the prior research done in this field of study and provide valuable inputs for understanding customer experience in lifestyle retail.
