Early detection of Breast Cancer

Diagnosis of early signs of breast cancer makes living better with the help of modern technology. newlineSecond most leading cause of cancer worldwide is breast cancer where the cause is unknown, but newlineone should aware of multiple contributors, many of them may be environmentally based. newlineIn the breast cancer research review, American Institute of Cancer estimated that 75 to 90 percent newlinebreast related cancers might be avoided by strictly applying the healthy life style and early newlinedetection and diagnosis. newlineBreast Cancer is the leading major kind of Cancer among females these days in India as well as newlineworldwide. From past 50 years it has turns out to be a major health issue and increasing newlineexponentially in recent years. Early diagnosis is an effective method to detect and manage breast newlinecancer. Around 10% of women encounter breast cancer in their life. newlineDigital mammography is an affordable and efficient imaging technique for early diagnosis of newlinebreast pathological disorders. The problems encountered in analyzing mammography images by newlineradiologist and physicians are dense tissue, high brightness value, inefficient contrast level and newlinenoise. newlineAbout 10 to 30% of breast lesions are missed out in routine screening due to over sightedness and newlinereading these images is a time consuming and hard task for radiologists. Poorly defined masses, newlinedeveloping densities and masses not identified with mammograms may lead to false results. newlineHence by processing and enhancing the readability of these mammograms, CAD can play a newlinesignificant role in the identification of early signs of breast cancer like microcalcifications, masses newlineand bilateral asymmetry. The goal of this research work is to diagnosis and detect early signs of newlinebreast cancer to enhance the quality of life and to assist radiologist for misclassification of cancer. newlineThe Proposed method uses an efficient algorithm for early identification of breast cancer signatures newlinewith low cost mammography images.
