Rashtriya madhyamik shiksha abhiyan challenges faced and strategies adopted by senior secondary teachers and administrators of Haryana

Abstract

This study explored about challenges faced and strategies adopted by 600 government senior secondary school teachers and 40 principlas from Yammuna Nagar and Panchkula in effective implementation of RMSA scheme. Major findings revealed that there is a great demand for professional training of principals and teachers, local community involvement, technical and special training, basic needs for disable, subject expert, GandC cell. This study would be useful for policy makers and administrators and suggest them the need to come up with policies to enhance the level of commitment of teachers and principals. newline
