Abstract

Cole group of vegetables are important among all winter vegetables. The group cole crop is said to be derived from the wild cabbage, quotcole wartsquot (Brassica oleracea var. sylvestris). Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.) is one of the most important vegetable among all cole crops. It is the most popular vegetable crop among cole crops belonging to the family cruciferae newline
