The Human Resources department has become more strategic within Information

newline(M-HRM) application on mobile / smart phones. M-HRM is the recent trend in the field
newlineof Human Resource Management. The fact is today s anytime-anywhere mobile access
newlineis changing the way we do business. With the right apps, HR can manage IR, customer
newlinerelations, access sales performance data, and even can govern from their mobile
newlinedevices. Human resources technology developers have jumped on the mobile
newlinebandwagon and are working hard to bring new solutions for hiring, managing, and
newlinetracking HR through the smart cell phones of small- medium-Large sized business
newlineorganizations. Enterprise mobility applications can enable HR to champion and support
newlineemployee engagement and efficiency while presenting the basic benefitsoffered by
