Abstract
There is a very peculiar role of Post Operative in the management of Non Infective Cases, as described by yogratnakar Acharyas have mentioned Gandhak Rasayan suitable for the Rasayan formulation. Material and methodology - Patients suffering from Post Operative Non Infective Cases are subjected to Gandhak Rasayan and Triphala Mashi is compared in the management of Non Infective Cases. In Clinical study an Open randomized controlled clinical trial is conducted of trial group A and control group B for 50 patients in each group. In observations a detailed explanation is given about distribution of patients according to age, sex, occupation. Observation and Results- The results of the study are analyzed statistically compared and are presented in tables and graphs form. By highlighting the outcome of the study along with limitations and scope of further improvement it is concluded that Gandhak Rasayan gives potent effects in Non Infective Cases. Discussion In discussion detailed explanation is given about on literary review, methodology, observation, and results, primary and secondary outcome. Conclusion Gandhak Rasayan is understood to be more productive in terms of results as compared to triphala mashi, in terms of complete relief, Complete dissolving of wound.
