The liberalization of the power sector and global economic expansion have led to a sharp rise in the demand for electric power. In the operation of a current power system, the requirements of optimal operation and the plan for minimizing system cost, power loss and voltage deviation owing to energy generation and losses in transmission lines become increasingly important. For reducing power loss, voltage profile improvement and operation costs of system, the objective function is used under the constraints of equality and inequality. newlineThe aim of proposed method is diagnosis the dynamic issues present in the power system under various environments, like healthy conditions and unhealthy conditions. The unhealthy condition is known as contingency. The primary location of both Distribution Generation and Distribution static compensator are detected by using the loss sensitivity factor (LSF). Optimal Power Flow (OPF) can be one strategy for meeting this requirement. newlineThe optimal power flow problem has been solved using a variety of conventional techniques, the most common of which include mathematical formulation techniques like mixed integer and interior point approaches, nonlinear programming (NLP), quadratic programming (QP), linear programming (LP), and the Newton-Raphson method. Instead of focusing on the global optimum, these methods suffer from sluggish convergence for local solutions. newline
