Abstract

The advancements in the field of multifunctional wireless gadgets and devices have newlinegained a spotlight in the last few decades. Fundamental significance of antennas in newlineevolving wireless devices necessitates antenna technology assuring compact size, newlinemultiband operation and wide frequency bandwidth. Multiband application with newlinecompact size is one among the vital features of advanced antenna technology to newlineenhance communication performance. newlineFor wireless applications, when one multiband antenna is used, it is beneficial in newlineterms of compactness and cost, regardless of the band. RF engineers need to discover newlinenew antenna technology for multiband applications; particularly, integration of newlinemultiband antennas into small handheld devices is a challenge.
