Abstract
Cancer is not a single disease. It actually consists of more than 100 different
newlinediseases. They are characterized by uncontrolled growth and spread of
newlineabnormal cells to other parts where they start new growth and cause more
newlinedestruction [1,2]. Cancer can begin in many sites and is regulated differently
newlinedepending on its organ of origin [3]. Although some basic mechanisms
newlineremain same like regulation of cell survivability, pro-apoptotic-antiapoptotic
newlineprotein-protein interaction and cell cycle associated cell proliferation [4,5].
newlineCarcinogenesis is a multistep process involving mutation [3] and
newlineunconditionally associated with many chemical and physical agents that
newlineinduce accumulation of reactive species closely related to different aspects
newlineof cancer
