The era of industrialization has reached and the need for modernization of industrial machineries has become pre request nonlinear power supply. Most of the industries have opted Hybrid (Grid based (Fossil Fuel Based) regular power supply and Conventional Green Energy) type of power supplies in order to avoid dependability on single energy source which leads to many power quality complications and thus, it results in poor productivity and frequent failure of components. To provide one of the feasible options in the hybrid environment, the present work proposes a design methodology and a detailed analysis of Dynamic Voltage Restorer to provide better quality power supply to the industries. newlineThe proposed work starts with fuzzy based Dynamic Voltage Restorer which includes parameter designs of Inductor-Capacitor filter realization and through which, the précised parameter designs and the elimination or minimization of switching-harmonic have been obtained. In this process, the performance has been improved as well the harmonics caused by the Voltage Source Converter system have been eliminated or minimized. The second stage of the proposed work deals with the elimination of voltage, lag and swell by implementing fuzzy based system in the hybrid environment. newlineThe Hybrid system default has been designed for industries with Solar Panel based green energy system, since it is low cost and requires less maintenance. When integrating both the power supplies in the common Grid based environment, the industries face many power quality issues and those issues have been mainly handled by any one or the combination of the following system such as DVR, IDVR and IPFC filter circuits. newline
