The present study basically looked at the scope, usage and impact of RTI Act in the State of Himachal Pradesh from the perspective of 3 different stakeholders i.e. (1) RTI and Government- Executive (2) RTI and Citizens applicants and (3) RTI and Intermediaries - RTI activists, Journalists and NGOs. newline
