Abstract
Mental health is vital for individuals, societies and countries.
newlineToday, people live in fast-paced, fast-paced societies, and suffer from
newlineinvisible pressures in family, work, and mental health issues. Multiple risk
newlinegenes interact with environmental factors to cause psychological disorders,
newlinewhich are associated with significant genetic components of risk. Research
newlineshows that such disorders are the result of a complex interaction between
newlinebiological, psychological and social factors such as depression, dementia,
newlineschizophrenia, and substance dependence. Bipolar Disorder (BD) is also a
newlineleading cause of premature mortality due to suicide and associated medical
newlineconditions, such as diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease. Manic and
newlinedepressive phases alternate in bipolar disorder. Symptoms of depression
newlineinclude sadness, hopelessness, and low energy (including suicidal thoughts).
newlineAccording to previous studies, antidepressants may be ineffective at treating
newlinebipolar disorder because it is still undiagnosed. In addition to identifying
newlinedisordered protein movement, it is also used to identify genetic mutations. It
newlineis necessary to identify and infer the data structure of biological datasets
newlinebefore they can be analyzed. A variety of analyses can predict the structure of
newlineproteins, including studying protein-protein interactions, classifying genes,
newlineand clustering gene expression data. Thus, data mining and bioinformatics can
newlineinteract more effectively. Mood swings and energy fluctuations are features of
newlinebipolar disorder, a complex psychiatric illness.
newlineDysfunction and alterations in proteins cause bipolar disorder.
newlineMutations and natural variants may alter protein structure and function,
newlineaccording to previous studies. Protein variants can be identified through
newlinerepeated sequence analysis.
