Abstract
Significant environmental concerns are presented by the wastewater generated during textile printing operations, which contains a variety of contaminants, including dyes, pigments, and auxiliary chemicals. The use of bacterial species in bioremediation has shown promise for the efficient treatment of effluent from textile printing. Researchers have discovered and identified bacterial strains that can degrade the textile colors that are typically found in textile wastewater. This abstract highlights the choice and isolation of bacterial strains with the capacity to digest particular contaminants prevalent in textiles. The presence of complicated dye mixes, toxic intermediates, organic load, and the possibility of bacterial adaptation to the contaminants printing wastewater are all difficulties that are also discussed in this abstract along with those that are related to bacterial bioremediation. In the study that is being carried out, 05 out of 09 screened isolates could decolorize the wastewater and reduce the physicochemical parameters. As per the r RNA sequencing analysis, Pri 3 isolates is Alcaligenes aquatillis LMG 22996(T) which is capable of reducing color: 86.13 %, Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD): 70.44 %, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD):80.65%, Total Dissolve Solids (TDS): 47.31%, Total Suspended Solids (TSS): 56.56 %, and Amonical Nitrogen: 75.95 %. Pri 4 isolates are Priestia aryabhattai B8W22(T) which is capable to reduce color: 78.35 %, BOD: 66.35 %, COD: 74.92%, TDS: 34.94%, TSS: 31.66 %, and Amonical Nitrogen: 71.14 %.Pri 7 isolates are Alcaligenes aquatillis LMG 22996(T), which is capable of reducing color: 87.23 %, BOD: 70.86 %, COD: 81.27 %, TDS: 47.84%, TSS: 57.51 %, and Amonical Nitrogen: 73.54 %. Pri 8 isolates are Citrobacter werkmanii NBRC 105721(T), which is capable of reducing color: 90.37 %, BOD: 82.13 %, COD: 85.06%, TDS: 54.83 %, TSS: 61.97 %, and Amonical Nitrogen: 80.76 %. Pri 9 isolates are Shewanella chilikensis JC5(T), which is capable of reducing color: 90.17 %, BOD: 84.68 %, COD: 83.
