Abstract
The main objective of the present study was to enumerate the role of the ATG gene in the Autophagy process which regulates cotton fiber development and stress responses. The research involves a comprehensive genome-wide analysis of autophagy-related genes (ATG) in Gossypium hirsutum and a study of their role in development and stress responses.
