Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are surrounded by

newlineadopt strategies that can outpace these obstacles and perform at a greater level.
newlineTechnological advancements, cost-cutting measures or eliminating
newlineunderperforming personnel have not brought about sufficient changes required.
newlineGreen Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices have benefited various
newlineorganisations to nurture green practices in employees that aid in establishing
newlineenvironment-friendly behaviour. Such adoption can benefit through long-term
newlinecost reduction, provide an opportunity to build brand image, improve business
newlinereputation, gain regulatory traction, provide competitive advantage and stabilise
newlineenergy costs.
