Management is committed to develop and deliver perfect products, solutions or services, to promote first time right production and the Zero Defects concept, the integrating of environmental protection in all activities, and training, motivating and involving all staff in the effort towards excellence. newlineWith increase in demand and production, there is enormous responsibility to meet the customer requirements and expectation with quality. To excel in competitive edge and ferocious competition, organizations have to increase productivity, reduce the cost of the product, improve production line by establishing excellent work culture, reducing waste, good housekeeping, and above all delight the customer. Customer satisfaction and improved high quality production is the key to business excellence for any organization. newlineBy implementing various Lean Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM) methods, and using statistical tool like Minitab software, a framework has been developed with the significant evidence of success rate for the business excellence in plastic converting machinery company. newline
