Inconel-625 is a widely used nickel-chromium superalloy that improves corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for high-temperature applications. It is commonly used in oil refineries, aerospace, and power plants. Traditional machining methods for Inconel-625 are challenging due to issues like edge formation, excessive tool wear, and heat response. Thus, exploring advanced machining techniques such as Fibre Laser Beam Machining (FLBM), Abrasive Aqua Jet Machining (AAJM), and Micro-Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (and#956;-WEDM) is essential to produce high-precision components with minimal surface damage. This research investigates the machining of Inconel-625 using AAJM, and#956;-WEDM, and FLBM, with various process parameters by employing Response Surface Methodology-Central Composite Design (RSM-CCD) and optimal levels of parameters are chosen using Desirability analysis to minimize surface undulation (SR), kerf angle (KEA), and increase the Erosion Rate (ER). newline
