A study on entrepreneurial ecosystem in the survival of startup With special reference to Jaipur city of Rajasthan

Abstract

Entrepreneurship and its development have been an essential problem for the newlinedevelopment and growth of developing nations. Scholars and representatives are newlinebased on the development and growth of entrepreneurial mindsets particularly in newlinedeveloping nations. Entrepreneurial Ecosystem tends to provide a defensive setting newlinefor start-ups to become operational, develop their ecosystem of business and newlinesurvive. This study aims to assess the EE and its related factors in the survival of newlinestartups in Jaipur city Rajasthan. In this study, quantitative and qualitative research newlinemethod are followed and the data is gathered with the help of survey questionnaire newlineand interviews. For interviews, 12 respondents are taken and for questionnaire 450 newlinerespondents are taken as sample. The data analysis approach used is statistical newlinemethod for quantitative analysis and thematic analysis for qualitative analysis. The newlinefindings of quantitative analysis show that all the variables that include education newlineand research, networking and infrastructure support, competitive advantage, and newlinefinancing opportunities have significant impact on survival of startups in Jairpur, newlineRajasthan because p-value is less than 0.05. The findings of qualitative analysis newlineshow that cultural attitudes and societal values and availability of labor also play a newlinekey role in survival of startups in Jaipur Rajasthan. newline
