In the fast-growing economy, stress has become an inevitable occurrence in newlineeveryone s life. Though the concept of this emotional feeling called stress being in newlinepractice for the long back, the dimensions of its scope, causes and antecedents are newlinevarying time to time. The impact of stress and factors of stressors are varying to an newlineindividual s capacity, attitude and environment. However, the concept stress can t be newlinetaken in the negative sense, because it is analyzed and found that certain level of newlinestress is considered as good to an individual so as to survive and achieve in the life. newlineAmong various stress, job stress otherwise called occupational stress is considered as newlinemajor stress. The occupational stressors considered for the study are time stress, role newlineconflict, co-worker support and organizational politics.
