Photovoltaic solar panels are the devices that absorb the source of energy from sun rays to produce electricity or heat energy. A photovoltaic (PV) module is constructed using numerous collections of solar cells by photovoltaic effect. Here, photovoltaic arrays are arranged in a grid-like pattern on the external position of solar panels which is more suitable for commercial and residential applications. A PV module is enclosed and attached based on the assembly of 6×10 solar cells. Most solar panels are finished through crystalline silicon solar cells. With the use of solar panel on a commercial application, harmful emissions of greenhouse gases are prevented, hence minimizing global warming. Solar panels do not lead to any form of pollution and they provide clean environmental conditions. Initially, Derived Perturb and Observe (DPandO) algorithm with modified panel is proposed in the PV system for achieving MPPT control. Here, the solar photovoltaic system is designed with a modified panel with the support of reflector. Based on the photovoltaic panel diameter and size, the reflector is selected for observing the reflected sunray on a solar panel. Thus, the selected modified panel with reflector helps for attaining maximum power point tracking control. For MPPT, temperature and solar irradiance are measured. Due to variation in environmental conditions, output power gets changed. The designed DPandO algorithm tracks the MPP with considerable reduction of power wastages. Thus, it has resulted in the maximum output voltage, output current and output power. Next, Hyper-Heuristic and Meta-Lamarckian Memetic Optimization technique is introduced for attaining optimized MPP. At first, temperature and irradiance on the solar panel are determined for maximum powergeneration. For various time intervals, solar irradiance and temperatures on the panel are concerned. After sensing the values, output voltage and current are calculated. Then, the output power is determined by using memetic fitness value. Finally, MPP is obtained by
