Abstract

Hospitality industry is service oriented industry, so workforce in any hospitality organization plays very significant role in providing services and successful operations of the organization. Trained and skilled manpower is an important asset for hospitality industry. Due to service nature of this industry totally depend upon employees as human are must in serving and satisfying human need and creating customer satisfaction. The most important department in hotels that generate revenue is the FandB service department. Many FandB service outlets in hotels in the star grade provide food and beverages to visitors. The department is in charge of providing guests with a satisfying dining experience by selling and serving Food and Beverages wherever they may be in the hotels. The department has a huge workforce that works hard, and providing excellent customer service is a key responsibility newline
