Employee Engagement has turned out to be a searing theme in the current years and in the popular business press. It is fetching value to reach the apex, but it is newlinepossible when the internal organization acts as strength in the era of digital phase while taking care of the current scenario of the world. It becomes necessary to pay attention to the individual employees and their engagement level. Engaged employees newlineachieve the best and face competitive advantage and let their success speak almost on the vigorous and well-organized organization. Though, this theme has been less newlinerecognized in the academic literature. Very few studies acknowledged its antecedents newlineand consequences. newlineThe present research ponders on exploring the existing state of employee engagement among faculty members. It also intends to explore the elements that are influencing the growth of engagement among faculty members. The purpose is to newlineassess the antecedents and consequences within the management institutions affiliated to Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow , in Delhi-NCR with an newlineexclusive aim to ascertaining evolutionary waves in the expansion of the theme.
