The demand for training is increasing day by day with a greater momentum as newlineeverybody realized the importance and contribution of it towards the employee as well as newlinefor the organisation. The sector like hotel industry is also exploring with the growth of the newlinetourism rapid in recent time. The hotel is one of a people s industries where the centre point newlineis the employees of the hotel. The business and its name and fame everything is very much newlinedependant on the staff. Again the latest training, it s planning, organizing and newlineimplementing are the very important task for the modern HR Managers. An attempt has newlinebeen made in this study to analyze both the positive and negative aspects of application of newlinemodern training in hotel sector. Especially the endeavor has been made through this newlineresearch to know the effectiveness of the training implication toward the mutual benefit of newlineindividual as well as of the organisation. As the area of the research is very vast, the newlineresearch work is specifically carried in few major hotels of Odisha with considering newlinedifferent respondent of various back ground for obtaining relevant data. Although newlineeverybody are very much aware about the importance and benefits of training but newlinepractically the big hotels has already adopted this in their operation where as small hotels newlinehave no such significant existence because for high investment and also probability of newlinereturn is very less. That is because for huge investment and better opportunity in the newlineneighbor places like Visakhapatnam and Kolkata apart from other challenges. newlineBut training acts like a catalyst to satisfy, retain and motivate employees with their newlinedifferent skill sets for a longer period to contribute the best for the organisation. newlineEmployees take ownership of their jobs and work harder to implement strategies for newlineincreasing employee productivity across industries, because for the training. newlineThe significance of the mediating effect of employees individual performance in the newlinerelationship between employee training programmes outcomes and organizational growth newlinehas been examined thoroughly in this research. newlineviii newlineMultiple and hierarchical regression analysis are applied to know the significance. newlineStructural equation modeling approach is also applied for testing the hypothesis.
