Theory of Consciousness in Neo Vedanta with Special Reference to Aurobindo

Abstract

In the Neo-Vedanta region Aurobindo remembered as a great newlinepersonage with several epithets like a zealous freedom fighter, who, newlinethrough it was for a few years, brought about many changes in the realm newlineof Indian politics and an ideal yogic philosopher who, brought forth quite newlinenew concepts, namely integral Advaita, and Integral Yoga in Indian newlinephilosophy. newlineAurobindo s truthful, clean, honest, inspired writing in the cause newlineof freedom and the all-sided regeneration of India based on spiritual newlinerevitalization, and latterly the divinization of mind, life and matter, were newlinethe aims which were sacred to him and next to his heart.
