Abstract

Fixed point theory is crucial to the development of mathematics. It is one of the newlinemost powerful tools in mathematics and has a wide variety of applications in both newlinepure and applied mathematics and in other branches of sciences. The concept of fixed newlinepoint theory was introduced by H. Poincare in 1886. Subsequently in 1906, M. Frechet newline[1] proved a fixed point theorem by introducing the concept of metric space. Later in newline1922, Stefan Banach [2] introduced the concept of Banach contraction principle. Since newlinethen, many researchers generalized either the Banach contraction or the metric space newlineto find fixed points. newline newline
