Abstract

Learning of any child in general and learning of children with disabilities in particular now a newlineday largely depends on the technology. Technology enables and empowers persons with disabilities newlinebecause it holds the promise of greater participation in meaningful educational experiences. newlineTherefore, technological innovations, especially ICT-based innovations are also essential for newlineproviding adequate academic environment to children with special needs and for meeting their newlinelearning requirements (NCERT, 2005). According to Sah (2013), technology is playing a greater newlinerole in peoples lives either directly or indirectly People felt that their lives become easier through newlinethe use of technology and they are able to perform much more due to the use of technology.
