This study investigates employee satisfaction with Performance Management Systems (PMS) within the IT industry, focusing on its perceived effectiveness and fairness. With organizations increasingly relying on PMS to enhance employee engagement and productivity, understanding employee perspectives on these systems is crucial. A mixed-methods approach is employed, incorporating quantitative and qualitative data from 500 employees across various IT firms.
