Abstract

e-Learning is one of the major contributions of the modern technology to the newlineeducation field. The e-Learning contains computer or computing system based Teaching- newlineLearning. It consists of the learner, teacher, e-content, communication mechanisms, newlineassessment techniques and administrative aspects and related techniques. [1] [2] [3]. newlineThe e-Learning is defined as Interactive and student centred online learning which includes newlinethe delivery of content via Internet, intranet/extranet. It provides an automatic feedback to the newlinestudent s learning activities. The main intention of the e-Learning is to create a better newlineadaptive and a novel learning environment for a learner It is envisage that e-Learning tools play very important role in learning process at schools, newlinecolleges, universities and industries. The design and development of an efficient e-Learning newlinetool is a major challenge in the e-Learning industry. This initiates the need for the newlineincorporating the essential components and developing the e-Learning tools which fulfil the newlineneeds of all kinds of students via web technology [10] [11] [12]. Hence an efficient newlinee-Learning tool is based on the methods used in the adaptive content creation, delivery and newlinethe evaluation method adopted in the tool. This research work describes how an efficient newlinee-Learning tool can be designed and developed. Also it helps for the development of an newlinee-Learning application in a web environment using an adaptive process. Evaluation of the newlinelearning performance should cover all the aspects of the cognitive (knowledge) domain i.e newlineBloom s Taxonomy aspects. This has lead to the main objective of our research work that is newlineto design, develop and implement a novel e-Learning Tool which implements adaptive newlinecontent creation, delivery and the evaluation method. newline
