Abstract

Background: Doxorubicin (DOX) is an extensively utilised chemotherapy drug, newlineoxidative stress caused by it can damage the heart, liver, and kidneys. Theobroma newlinecacao L. (cocoa) is reported to possess protective efficacy against several chemical- newlineinduced organ damages and also anticancer activity.
