The rapid change in global energy demands and the environmental problems caused by fossil fuels have resulted in the need of solar energy which becomes a potential solution and one among the most popular energy source. However, Photo Voltaic (PV) energy has some boundaries such as high cost of capitation and low conversion efficiency, but it has grasped the interest of the researchers proposed by .The PV system comprises a friendly environment and it is an alternative method for production of energy by utilizing the energy from the sun. Without any noise and emissions it can operate, even if the load is increased. Increasing the population and energy consumption within the limit, tends to increasing oil and fossil fuel costs, and therefore the depletion of fossil fuels are excusable reasons for exploitation energy sources like solar, wind etc. newlineNowadays the Electric Vehicles (EV) and solar PVs are considered as a highly encouraging technologies and they are broadly play a key role in the electrical industry. The EVs are evolving as a potentially important component for the forthcoming transport which is based on the disposal of future oil and its rating, as well as an increasing disquiets over climate change. The major challenge is to identify a suitable power converter which tracks the maximum power from the PV panel with good tracking efficiency proposed and design the proposed converter with minimum number of power semiconductor devices hence reduce the average conduction losses and increase the efficiency of the converter. To measure the dynamic performance of the proposed converter by implementing a three domain voltage control method depending on the availability of solar power. Also implement a new Regenerative Braking (RGB) system with Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) for distributing the braking force during deceleration hence enhance the driving distance and driving efficiency. newlineThe literature survey has been carried out on various categories to support the design of a prop
