Design and development of web based real time scheduler simulator for real time embedded systems

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to develop the effective newlinearchitectural model to show the task scheduling of realtime task in embedded newlineapplication This research focuses on developing a secured webbased newlinearchitectural model to simulate the execution of real time tasks newlineScheduling is a key concept in computer multitasking newlinemultiprocessing operating system and realtime operating system designs newlineDifferent CPU scheduling algorithms have different properties and may favor newlineone class of processes over another The properties of various algorithms are newlineneeded to be considered while selecting the algorithm to be used Even newlinethough there is a lot of scheduling algorithms just a few of them are suitable newlinein a real time embedded application In order to test and evaluate a scheduling newlinepolicy there must be some kind of simulator framework to test and evaluate newlinethem The realtime simulator shows the graphical form and status report of newlinethe task execution According to status report displayed by the simulator the newlineuser can make a comparison to select the best algorithm to execute the newlineparticular given task set newline newline
