| dc.description.abstract | newline ducation is an indispensable pillar of individual and societal newlineadvancement, playing a transformative role in fostering personal newlineempowerment, economic growth, and social cohesion. It is not newlinemerely a tool for acquiring knowledge but also a means of unlocking human newlinepotential, enabling individuals to navigate challenges, improve their quality of newlinelife, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Research highlights that newlineeducation substantially boosts economic opportunities, with each additional newlineyear of schooling increasing individual earnings by up to 10% (UNESCO, newline2021). Furthermore, it significantly contributes to poverty reduction and newlineimproved health outcomes, as educated individuals are more likely to make newlineinformed health decisions and access better employment opportunities (World newlineBank, 2020). newlineThe impact of education extends beyond personal benefits to broader societal newlineadvantages. It is a key driver of gender equality, particularly for marginalized newlinegroups such as women and tribal populations, enabling them to overcome newlinesystemic barriers and participate in decision-making processes (Chandra and newlineSharma, 2019). Moreover, education fosters critical thinking, innovation, and newlinecivic engagement, equipping people to address complex societal challenges and newlinecontribute to sustainable development (Singh et al., 2020).
