dc.description.abstractHIV infection is alarming due to the exceptional pathogenesis of the virus that decreases the CD4 cells, signaling the emergence of opportunistic infections, leading to morbidity and mortality, The acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) caused by the human immunodeficiency . Virus (HIV), For HIV screening Test Rapid Tests: three test : 1)Merry screen 2) AIDS con Try spot :Method and confirmatory Test by using ELISA Conformation Western blot test, and Culture media used for isolation of bacterial and fungal, stains used used for identification of parasites, Among two hundred HIV seropositive individuals studied, 136(68%) were male and 64 (32%) were females, 74% of HIV seropositive individuals from learn collection belonged to low socio monetary status, , Candidiasis, Skin manifestations ,G.I. tract manifestations, Chronic fever, Tuberculosis, CNS manifestations, Co-Viral infection were observedondifferentlevelsofCD4countlike200-500/mm,350-200/mm3, newlinelt50/mm.3. 32 patients showed mixed bacterial infections. The commonest combination isolated was Pneumococci with Klebsiellapneumoniae in 10 cases, Pneumococci with S. aureus and Klebsiellapneumoniae with S.aureus in 6 cases each. In The Present Study in there were 200 patient out of which 45 were pre ART, The highest number of patient were on ZLN 95, followed by 58 patient who are takes TEL ,In the study group 02 patient found on second line treatment with 3DF/3TC/Atvr , While talking about death four patient expired in pre ART group followed by one expired in group ofTEL newline newline
