Abstract
In this comparative study, we investigated the neuromuscular blockade action of
newlinecalcium channel blockers (CCBs) using three different models: the inclined screen
newlinemethod, rotarod test, and gait test in Wistar rats.

newlineStudy 1: Comparison of neuromuscular blockade action of Verapamil and
newlineBenidipine in Wistar rats.
newline To assess the neuromuscular blockade effects of verapamil and benidipine, two
newlinecalcium channel blockers, using the inclined screen method.
newline To evaluate the motor coordination and neuromuscular effects of verapamil and
