Elitecorn an Elite Dynamic Spectrum Management Framework for Cognitive Radio Networks in 5g

Abstract

The design and development of EliteCORN An Elite Dynamic Spectrum Management newlineFramework for Cognitive Radio Networks in 5G is the prime objective of this research. The newlinefocus is on understanding the fundamental concepts of modest Spectrum Sensing and newlineAllocation techniques. The spectrum allocation primarily depends upon the necessity and the newlineusage of licensed primary users (PU) of certain band of frequencies. These frequencies newlineinvolve the applications in what the PUs are intended to utilize as per their needs and newlinerequirements. When the allocated spectrum is not being utilized 100% at the full efficient newlinemanner, the unused spectrum by the PUs will be treated as white-space without believing newlinemuch in the concept of Spectrum Scarcity. There are techniques invented and incorporated by newlinemany researchers as the Cognitive Radio Technology have pitched in. It involves newlineSoftware-Defined Radio with reconfigurable antennas tuned to particular frequencies at newlinedifferent time instants. The CR technology realizes the logics of the utility factor of the PUs newlineand the requirements of the secondary Users (SU) who are in queue to utilize the unused newlinespectrum, which is the white space. The CR technology is enriched with different frequency newlineallocation engines with different strategies at different regional parts of the world, complying newlinewith the regulatory standards of FCC, ITU newline
