dc.description.abstract	Each day, countless rural citizens visit government offices, hoping to learn about welfare newlineschemes designed to uplift the poor and illiterate. Yet, due to a lack of proper awareness and newlineguidance, many eligible individuals remain unable to access the benefits meant to improve their newlinelives. In the AI era, AI-powered chatbots, such as AI agents, can provide valuable support to the newlinevillagers and provide them with complete information at their door step. In this paper, a newlineproposed framework, using a chatbot, to reduce the communication gap between citizens and newlinegovernment officials to improve service delivery performance. This chatbot is developed by newlineusing a built Large Language Model ,python libraries , Fast API, and Mongo Data Base. .Our newlinefindings demonstrate the challenges of imbalanced data and suggest improvements for future newlineimplementations. newline
