| dc.description.abstract | This study delved into the repercussions of organizational stress on job satisfaction and attrition levels among senior school teachers in the Noida region. It aimed to ascertain the prevalence of organizational stress by considering factors within the work environment, analyze stress perceptions across diverse demographic profiles, and evaluate the impact of organizational stress on job satisfaction and attrition rates. Employing a quantitative survey-based methodology, the research enlisted a sample of 200 teachers employed in the Noida Region. newlinePreliminary survey findings unequivocally demonstrated the pervasiveness of organizational stress among school teachers in the Noida Region. Key stressors identified encompassed heavy workloads, administrative pressures, resource constraints, and inadequate support structures. These stress-inducing factors precipitated feelings of overwhelm, frustration, and fatigue among educators, significantly impinging upon their overall well-being and job satisfaction. newlineFurthermore, the analysis of survey responses underscored the substantive contribution of work environment factors, including workload, administrative pressures, resource inadequacies, and deficient support systems, to the heightened stress levels experienced by school teachers in the Noida Region. This underscores the imperative for the establishment of comprehensive support mechanisms aimed at alleviating stressors and fostering a conducive and nurturing work environment. newline newline | |
