Abstract

ABSTRACT newlineIncreased spectral efficiency and improved link reliability are major challenges in future wireless newlinecommunications system design. The radio channel constitutes a hostile propagation medium, newlinewhich suffers from fading and interference from other users. With the evolution of the wireless newlinesystem the demand for high-speed data services have been increasing day by day, which is newlineimpossible to be achieved by the conventional serial data transmission system without trade newlineoff between high-speed data services and QOS without increasing the bandwidth of the system. newlineSo, both the options are inconvenient, as one never demands the degradation of the service newlinequality and secondly the need for extra spectrum in a limited spectrum scenario. In order to newlineovercome this problem a new parallel data transmission system is proposed in this thesis Total newlineICI Cancellation in Wireless Communication System using Spreading Code Matrix and Walsh Codes , newlinewhich is known as OFDM system. The performance of OFDM systems can further be improved newlineby using multiple antennas at the transmitting and receiving side to provide spatial diversity. newline
