The depletion of natural resources causes a rise in energy demand, newlineprompting researchers to focus on renewable energy supplies. Renewable newlineenergy has gained popularity due to the following benefits: production of newlineenergy from renewable fuels, long-term sustainability and eco - friendliness. newlineSolar energy is one of the most promising renewable energy in the current newlinescenario. The solar cell is used to convert the light energy received from the newlinesun into electrical energy through the photovoltaic effect which is a physical newlineand chemical phenomenon. The major Part of the incident light rays are newlinereflected back to the surface which causes the decrease in the efficiency due newlineto the reflection loss. Researchers have identified many strategies for newlinecontrolling reflection losses and thereby enhancing the Power Conversion newlineEfficiency (PCE) of the solar cells. newlineThe Anti-Reflection Coating technique (ARC) is one of the most newlineimportant methods for reducing the reflection loss in solar cells. ARC aids in newlinethe reduction of reflection loss and it increases the light absorbing properties newlineof solar cells. This research work focuses on improving the Power Conversion newlineEfficiency of the Polycrystalline solar cells (PSSCS) by using ARC. To newlineachieve improved light trapping efficiency, materials with high anti-reflective newlineproperties are needed. Naturally existing materials and chemically combined newlinematerials are commonly used as ARC. The magnetic nano particles [M(II) newlineFe(III)2O4, where M represents Co, Mn, Ni, Zn or Fe] which posses excellent newlineoptical , electrical and thermal properties with wide gap semiconductor and newlinealso it is used in the variety of applications such as waste water treatment, newlinecancer treatment, nanoelectronics, batteries, etc. But its scope for the newlineapplication of ARC in solar cells is unexplored. newline
