The present study is an exploratory journey of Autobiographies written by business executives weaving intricate details of their life and their work experience in newlinerunning a successful business and acquiring top roles in fortune 500 companies. Among this two are women who talks and shares their experience of being in male newlinecentric field and breaking the glass ceiling every time, they sit at the table.
