Abstract
The fast-growing technological world today requires periodical updates in the
newlineskillsets of an individual to sustain in this competitive era. This development has been
newlinereflected in the employees disengagement and the Human Resource Practitioners face a
newlinereal difficulty in engaging their employees productively. The extended review of
newlineliterature carried out by the researcher on the other hand shows that there is a steady rise
newlinein the academic and professional needs of employees. There is also a steady increase in
newlineonline learning platforms post-pandemic. Based on the literature support the researcher
newlinesuggests Hybrid learning platforms to balance academic and professional engagements.
